Description
Project Coordinator $27-36/hr.
Outsource is currently looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This is an immediate opportunity with a great organization. The position is on-site near LAX. Position is Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare budget sheets
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Submittals
- RFI's
- Maintain project specification files
- Create and manage work orders for each step of the project
- Manage materials
- Print project plans
- Retrieve PO's, redlines from builders
- Prepare job cost sheets
- Scheduling
- Maintain records
- Prepare payroll and track PTO
- General administrative functions in the office
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrative Coordinator in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS, LOW VOLTAGE or CONSTRUCTION Industry.
- Procore experience a plus.
- Experience assisting Leads and Project Managers with day to day project administrative functions.
- Experience with ordering, tracking and receiving materials.
- Ability to track time to the cost of the job and submittal packages.
- Understanding of invoicing, contracts and scheduling.
- Experience tracking project costs including materials and labor hours.
- Must be able to help set project objectives, priorities and deliverables and track these items.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel.
- Strong math skills.
