HVAC Foreman - $45 - $55/hr - DOE
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to join our team. This ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities
· Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
· Diagnose and repair rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, boilers, and package units.
· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
· Install and commission new HVAC equipment and components.
· Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Qualifications:
· EPA Universal Certification
· HVAC trade school certification or equivalent training preferred
· Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and controls.
· Experience working with chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
Compensation:
· Competitive starting pay $45 - $55/hr or depending on experience
